PIM SParse multicast issue

I am from Cisco and Juniper background. I am working on a University hospital network where we have mixed vendor (Cisco, Juniper, Brocade) environment. Network Core/Agg is Cisco Nexus. We have multiple buildings where we have Juniper Ex4600 and Brocade CER L3 switches for L3 connectivity to the Core. PIM sparse is running in network fine and multicast paging is also working which is a common service in hospitals to multicast announcements for nurses, doctors and other staff. Now we are implementing new IPTv service in patient rooms and other areas. around 2000 IPTvs in total. We are getting IPTv stream from Sonifi IPTv provider and we have implemented in areas where we have all Juniper equipment but with Brocade we are getting hard time without any success. IPTvs got black screen with Brocade equipment. I am not sure what I am missing as I am not Brocade guy and not enough help is available for Brocade over the internet. Paging service works fine with Brocade but not IPTv stream. I have attached the topology and configs for the Brocade.
