My question is Extreme summitX440-12p switch automatically rebooted and I checked show log command i saw psu error mesage below mentioned here...

01/02/2018 07:27:26.97 External Power Supply is disconnected.
01/02/2018 07:27:26.97 Internal Power Supply is disconnected.

01/02/2018 07:27:22.20 External Power Supply is powered off.
01/02/2018 07:27:22.20 External Power Supply is present.
01/02/2018 07:27:22.20 Internal Power Supply is powered off.
01/02/2018 07:27:22.20 Internal Power Supply is present.

I want meaning of external power supply status.how to check external power supply status..

internal power supply command on switch--- show power details
only command was using internal power supply status and how to check external power issue...

How to resolve that problem.kindly do the needful........

Hi Satheesh,

In the "show power" output do you see the part info as External Power supply?

State: Powered Off
PartInfo: Internal Power Supply

PartInfo: External Power Supply
Input: 0.00 V AC
PowerSupply 3 information:

Hi Satheesh,

There is no separate command, the same "show power" command should display the internal PSU status as well, do you not see it in the "show power" ? can you post the command output?

I know that internal power supply and how to check external power supply status.

Our switch log generate the external power supply information and how to check external power supply.
