Cant access Extreme Stack using SSH any longer

Hi All,
We can no longer access the Extreme Stack using SSH and can only access using the GUI. Everything was working before. Any suggestions guys, please?

Can you restart the ssh process from the GUI?
Can you enable telnet from the GUI? Then telnet to the switch to restart the ssh process.

Is the ssh xmod loaded on both partitions? I have seen the xmod get left off a partition which will cause ssh to fail if the switch boots from that partition.

That was a question. I don't know if it is even possible.

The switch model and code could affect the answer. If you can provide that it would help the TAC guys answer questions.

Ok got some more info:

EXOS 15.6.4.2
Hardware X440-48p

Error is connection refused:

ssh: connect to host 10.10.15.252 port 22: Connection refused

While trying to ssh.
Just a note I have a console access into the switch. How can l safely re-enable ssh module?

To restart SSH, use the

code:

restart process exsshd

command from the console.

While consoled in can you please provide the "show management" and "show session" output.

restart process exsshd
