Hi,

Maybe the B5G124-24P2 stackable switch will good for you. We use some B5G124-48 (non-PoE, 48 port) the performance great and the features enough for an edge switch.

Hi Truong, I did some asking around and I believe the Summit X430-24p model would meet all your requirements, as well.
