[EXT] [BULK] Radius Authentication

Christopher,

Another team member that I work closely with brought this anomaly up to our team members that handle the authentication part of this. They are responsible for the radius setup. The radius admin did make a change in the radius configuration from my understanding and now everything is working as expected. As I was not in that day I can find out what they changed and post it here.
