Error message in switch log: Received BFD an invalid packet

Once a week we see this error message in switch log. BFD is not configured and we running BGP on the switch.
Received BFD an invalid packet on VLAN VL_BGP_Transit Error:Invalid ttl value for single Hop session

Followed by this message:
Socket write error.

Check the vlan . Where is the x480 connecting to May be on the peer device if is enabled

The x480 switch is connected to another x480 switch (VLAN VL_BGP_Transit, running iBGP). BFD is not configured on this switch either.
