Can you please show the ping results from the switch? Is it just not responding or are you getting an error like can't reach subnet? Sometimes you need to add the VR that you are pining from. Can you ping from the server to the switch? Thanks P

This is a /29 subnet, so it starts at 172.18.175.137 and ends at 172.18.175.143. Is the host you are trying to ping in that range ?
Is your destination host able to use tagged frames (only port in this vlan is port 6 tagged).

Hi Kalyan,
Just for the clarification, are you trying to ping a host connected in port 6 from the switch in the same subnet range and it is failing?

if so, please try disabling the firewall in PC and check.
Paul is right I think. 
Missed the VR configuration for the VLAN. The VLAN is a part of the VR OM_CN.
