Nope mine are fine.
How dusty is it in this new building e.g. from the constuction work.

Why not talk to the GTAC and ask whether they could check the last PSU in detail on what is going on ?!

Hi all, we are installing a new office location with 2x stacks of X450Gs, so 16 switches total. Each has 2x 715W PSUs. Since installation a month ago we have had 10 PSU failures. This seems unusually high (we have two other similarly sized offices open for 2+ years with no PSU failures...) Has anyone else had any notable PSU failures recently? Could there be a bad batch in circulation? We are also having specialist electricians study the building electrics. We are due to have staff move into the building at the beginning of January...

Hi Ronald,
Actual builders moved out a couple of weeks ago. We do have a case open with our supplier (and escalated to Extreme), they will have received the box of faulties last week. I guess we'll just have to see if they find anything with them!
Thanks
