you can use the below commands to see if there is RX or TX errors &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
sh port rxerrors port-number&lt;BR /&gt;
sh port txerrors port-number&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
for a specific port use like this &lt;BR /&gt;
sh port 1:2 txerrors&lt;BR /&gt;
sh port 1:2 rxerrors&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
