ssh connection refused to switch but ssh is enabled on management

One switch in particular isn't allowing ssh connections, it doesn't show anything on switch logs, SSH is enabled with no access profiles, the private key is present and the switch configuration is the same as other switches.

Could someone advise of a troubleshooting step that doesn't involved reboot, ive run ssh update command with no change.

Ah, looked like a different issuse, restarting just exsshd did the trick, thanks

yes the ssh module you installed doesnt need a reboot.
but It always works once you restart the exsshd process.

Check if the switch's management VLAN/IP is reachable and not blocked by any ACL or upstream firewall. Also, verify that the SSH port (usually 22) is open and not filtered. Try connecting with verbose mode (ssh - vvv) for more detailed error output.
