Hello Community, i have a loop in my network, the switch sample this log

Toggling AdminState on Port 13 with pif 0x5c9ca0

Someone else has had this log. The version is 16.1.4.2 patch1-7.

Hello Susana,

What protocol are you using for loop prevention. This looks like a log that would be coupled with another log. STP or ELRP, maybe?

As already said by Patrick, that message usually appears after a possible "automatic disabled port" action triggered by a loop prevention protocol like ELRP or STP.

This is configuration

enable elrp-client
configure elrp-client disable-ports exclude eaps-ring-ports

configure elrp-client periodic salaservidores ports all interval 1 log-and-trap disable-port egress permanent

Hi Susana, based on your ELRP configuration, that log message means the port admin state was changed from "enabled" to "disabled" (triggered by your ELRP configuration) due to the loop found by ELRP.

That's an informational message and expected.

You will need to enable the port manually.

Do you currently have a loop in the network? Were there any ELRP logs on the switch?

In this moment not have loop. I enable port 13. In fin in the othe switch That does not have configurated elrp. Thank you for your help.
