Thanks for sharing the outputs.

The power information can be fetched by the EXOS, so i believe there should not be a issue.

Could you try to verify if the logs happened before the upgrade?
I am seeing this error on 2 separate X460G2-48p stacks.
Stack1 is running 15.6.5.2-patch1-3
Stack2 is running 15.6.3.1-patch1-3.

What does this error mean?
Why is it appearing?
How concerned should we be?

David,

This could be the issue mentioned in the article.

https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/Solution/Failed-to-initialize-power-odometer-log-...

It should have been fixed in the software versions which you have mentioned.

Could you please try to run the "show power" command and share the results?

Also "show switch" and "show stacking" outputs from both the stacks?

Were these stacks recently been upgraded to the mentioned software versions?
Yes, the stack running 15.6.5.2 was upgraded yesterday morning. it was the reboot to bring the stack onto the new code that brought the error to my attention. I had been trying to perform the upgrade to correct another issue, but had to replace a slot before the code upgrade would go through.
