Hi everyone, I've a problem is I activated Advanced Edge License on a X460, and now how do I do to reassign this license to another X460? Thank you very much.

what is the serial# of the x460 switches? From which serial# to which serial# you would like to move? Is it from a defective switch serial# you would like to move it to a replacement unit?

I've activated on switch serial is 1348G-00240. The replacement switch hasn't been determinated. I mean is deactive license to reserve.

This just works in case of a RMA - The license conditions of Extreme Networks do not allow to move licenses from one box to another.

Adding to what Andre said, if an RMA is processed you are provided a new voucher number to be installed on the replacement ship. If the switch is being replaced before the RMA is processed GTAC may be able to make an exception and transfer the license.
