Hi all:
I have to replace a switch with ExtremeXOS 15.2.15, but the spare part has 12.5.4.5, so I think should update the OS in the new one, but I can not find the software, does anyone know where I can find it?

You can log into the below link with your credentials to see the available EXOS for download for your hardware,

The last availabile of EXOS for download depends on the validity of the contract purchased.
You can get in touch with the GTAC to know on the validity of the contract available for the switch by proving the serial number.

I can see my colleague has already provided you the requested link. But may we know which hardware you are referring here for upgrading to 15.2 version. Because as of now 15.2 is already EOS(end of support) and EOL(End of life) as per engineering records. If you can provide us the kind of switch hardware which you wanted to upgrade then better suggestion we can let you know for its recommended upgrade version.

Hello Alma,

The x450a cannot upgrade past 15.3. So the recommended code is the latest patch of 15.3.5.2.

As said earlier by Patric you can go max by 15.3.5.2 latest patch. In most probable this would be p1-10. Else you can always refer the link provided just by Roy to know the latest available pact release. Hope this p1-10 is still effective since last june 30 2016. You can always cross verify there in the link.
