topic ELRP in ExtremeSwitching (EXOS/Switch Engine)

Is there any advantage of blocking ports using UPM scripts over ELRP. I believe the only advantage is that UPM allows you to add more filters and probably works if switch is running on EXOS < 12.4.2.

Is there any thing else I am missing here?

Thanks,
