Hello, I have a problem with static route on extreme summit x450a, when I try to add a static route I see error message ( ERROR: Not a proper net (20.20.20.6) for mask (255.255.255.0)). I type a command : configure iproute add 20.20.20.6/24 20.20.20.1. Please tell me where I wrong .

I think it's because net have to be 20.20.20.0/24
20.20.20.6 - it's host address from that net.

If you start calculate from
00010100.00010100.00010100.00000110
but not from
00010100.00010100.00010100.00000000
you wouldn't have 254 hosts - what mean 24 mask.

Why don't you follow rfc1918? Or you obey real ip-s 20.20.20.0/24?
