a customer told me, they tested the external powersupply, so they take off the power from the switch and they thought the eps500 take care for power. but the switch was going down. is there any configuration on xos to told the switch there is a eps500 connected? or should it do automatically?

thanks for help

the switch will do it automatically when the EPS is connected into the port on the back. It will handle the switch if the primary goes down

You can do a show power to see the state of the power supplies

Thanks
