    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have two X670G2-48x-4q and want to stack them to each other. we use V160 and easysetup according to following document. (EXOS version, License Level and Active Partition are same)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000080493" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"&gt;https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000080493&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;we encountered some problems. after enable stacking switches (some time one of switches) crashes and goes reboot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;some of logs listed here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;unconfigure dispatch attach fail: bcm_attach client unit 9&lt;BR /&gt;Unable to set ECMP hash= 0 for slotNo 2 unit 9, â 0 rc -19&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;I&gt; Slot-1: Slot-2 down, resetting all TCP connections to it&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;I&gt; Slot-1: Module in Slot-2 is removed&lt;BR /&gt;Slot-1: initBCMChipTempSensors : Failed to initialize chip temperature sensors for slot Slot-2&lt;BR /&gt;Slot-1: ERROR4: attaching driver to slotNo 2 unit 0 remote 9, rc=-19&lt;BR /&gt;Slot-1: Unable to set L2/L3 Hash = 5 for slotNo 2 unit 9, rc -19&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;default EXOS version is: 15.6&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;we cleared NVRAM, upgraded to EXOS 16.1.3.6-patch1-9 and 16.1.3.1-Patch1-7 but again not works (crash and reboot).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;please tell us which EXOS is compatible with stacking and what we should do.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards.&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi.    it seems you already tested recommended firmware. I suggest to open ticket with GTAC. They will investigate what is wrong, what is the root cause.    Can be faulty device, can be unsupported tranceiver/cable...    Z.</description>

after some tests i found this devices doesn't work properly.  for example in none-stack with default configuration  broadcasting doesn't work.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Do all of the switches contain all the same licenses  Have you tried building a stack with just with the.same image installed ( no configuration at all)</description>

All of switches contain same lenience: Advanced Edge&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I installed EXOS with same image and form Bootrom.&lt;BR /&gt;
(it installed on primary and secondary partition)&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
with any configuration again occurs some errors.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

is it right, that you use the 16.1.3.6 on the X670-G2?&lt;BR /&gt;
I think only the new 21.X or higher is supported on that one.&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;BR /&gt;
EXOS 16.1 is currently recommended for the X670-G2 switches, but the new 21.x and 22.x versions can be used as well.&lt;BR /&gt;
