I think we are going to need to do some digging on this one.&lt;BR /&gt;
I would suggest collecting the show support and current.log from the stack.&lt;BR /&gt;

I 'm having issues with a B5 Switch stack, the CPU Utilization average is  95%, seems like the  process hapiRxTask     is causing the trouble&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
hapiRxTask              54.20%   49.84%   51.32%&lt;BR /&gt;
bcmATP-TX                9.00%    7.49%    7.59%&lt;BR /&gt;
bcmRX                    7.40%    6.67%    6.33%&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
This is the Manager of a Stack with 8 Switches B5 Series &lt;BR /&gt;
