Network is for CCTV, so there is no L3 traffic. Let me try to get the configuration file
One of my customer established connectivity of one edge switch (X440) through two uplinks with two core switches (X460) stacked together. If any one uplink goes down, traffic shift to other uplink takes around 57 sec for them which is too much. They created LAG as well but problem remains same.

If you use a LAG between the single X440 and the stacked X460, there should be no interruption when one of the LAG links goes down.

Is this pure L2 traffic?
Is there any other L3 or L2 protocol involved?
