This information is included in the pricefile distribution. You can get it here:

Login to the portal https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrLogin and go to Extreme Partner Exchange. In the section "Featured Tools & Quick Links" there is link to the price file. In that section there is document called WW Reference Info.
Required information is the tab called Trade Matrix.
