SR2148p Not Connecting to Extreme IQ

Hi, I have Recently Acquired a SR2148P Switch, and after getting it setup in Extreme IQ it doesn't seem to be passing through the Statistical Information to the cloud Interface. No Power usage, Fan Speed of Temperatures. Also the Data throughput isn't measured or the POE per port not being reported. Have I set something up wrong or is this just not a supported feature ? Thanks.

I am having the same issue and it has bugged me for a while. My software version is 6.6.2.1
I have an SR2208P and it shows all this data so I know its not that my network is blocking something.
