Hi Vitaliy,

I’ve never seen that assuming the transceivers are plugged in… Does ‘show fiber-ports optical-transceiver-info’ show anything?

The ports are connected and working, the same information is available on other switches.

I’ve found something like this regarding ex-Aerohive’s SR switches, seemingly having the same source of OS: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000078923&q=show%20fiber-ports

However, I’d prefer someone from Extreme to confirm if this applies to 200 Series as well.

Hey guys, I don’t think that guide is going to help with the 210 series, that guide focuses on the fastpath switches instead, those have a different OS all together.
