200 series switch not passing any traffic

Hello everyone, I have a C210 (210-48t-GE4) switch that is not passing any traffic. It is not seeing any MAC addresses learned on any of the access ports. I ran into this article

But the command set is not available on this switch (code version 1.2.6.9)., I have opened a TAC case but I’m not gaining any traction.

Suggestions are more than welcomed. Thanks

Did it ever pass traffic? Have you tried defaulting it?
