I have a few 220-12p switches on the same subnet and all 3 of them have 97-98% CPU utilization. I am not able to SSH into them, but can HTTPS. I have found a process that seems to be the culprit, but no way to restart that process or do any further troubleshooting. I have more of these on other subnets that are not having this issue. All are on the same firmware (1.2.6.9).
