In the X450e, similar hardware generation, there is a yellow component that contains a battery and the crystal for the real time clock. This also powers the memory chip that is supposed to remember which config to use. These are called M4T28-BR12SH1 Snaphat. If the X250 has the same component or a similar one, you can try to replace that and see if it fixes your problem.

On the X450e, it is located on the daughtercard for management, just by the CF memory card holder. You need to remove the daughter card in order to see it.

Does anyone know which of the two internal cards of the switch 250 is guilty of the fault in question? Doesn't keep configuration in memory after reboot?? Thank you.

Yep, that's the exact same solution as on the X450e. You just snap the yellow "brick" off and replace it with a new one (make sure to position it the same way!). Data sheet for the battery: https://docs.rs-online.com/4abf/0900766b814b78d4.pdf
