We have forty 08H20G4-48 & 08H20G4-24 switches running the 0800-Series firmware version 01.03.04.0001.
These switches are beyond end of support life. However, we want to upgrade these to the last FW that was released, version 01.03.05.0002.

I am fairly confident that this upgrade will go smoothly, but before I start this work, I want to be sure I know how to revert to the current version if need be.

I can download the current configuration file from the switch, or from the Site Engine. I also have the current FW version available to reinstall. Unfortunately, I don't know the recovery steps for this model switch.

Is there a process for downgrading the FW, and re-applying the configuration if need be?

Thanks,
Ken
