I have a K-12 switch and one of the blades stopped working. So I replaced the blade and the status light did not come on, and none of the ports on that blade work. What could be the problem?
Good news, keep us posted if things change. Typically that logging buffer is a great place to go on the K to see why the slot is failing. You can paste the error message into our GTAC Knowledge Site. If we know about the error, it should give you recommendations on next steps.
