Hi Jie,

Can you share the "show vlan", MAC and iparp outputs which you have mentioned?
I am trying to add a network printer in the Printer Management. The printer has been connected to port 4:40 on a Extreme router. This port has been configured with a vlan that specifically for all my printers. I was able to see its mac address in the FDB table, and could see an ip address for its mac with "show iparp <MAC>". The issue is I couldn't ping the given ip address. Can anyone help on this? I am new to this area.

Much appreciated and regards,
Jie</MAC>
