Hi guys, we have issue at fiber links, between ers 4900 and vsp 7200. When we disconnect fiber link for test, and reinsert again the link not became working again, only insert and reinsert to another port on switch fix the link failure.

What model of 4900 we are using? and what port we are connected?

Hi, thanks for article, core switch vsp 7254xsq with firmware 5.1 and access switch is ers 4926gts .

The port type is 10gb fiber ports. On 4926gts autonegotiate enable command not found.

Hi Emil,

On ERS 4900 you can manually set the speed but going into the interface and running command “speed <SPEED>”. On VSP you can modify the speed and duplex.
