topic VSP 7400 PSU Status LED in ExtremeSwitching (VSP/Fabric Engine)

We have a VSP 7400 and when plugged in, the "!" LED was blinking amber. The documentation only mentions solid amber or off as status options. Does anyone know what the blinking amber means? We left to go to another site and when we came back the switch had actually powered up.
