VOSS - DHCP SERVER

Hi team,

in rel 9.0 DHCP server was introduced for VOSS:

Now Im trying to configure it on 5420 REL 8.10.2.0, but I cant find the "ip dhcp-server" commads.

Im confused, What do i need to see/use these commands?

Maybe you should try to upgrade to release 9.0 first.. 😄

Release 8.10.2 is still release 8.x not 9.

As you mention it, DHCP server functionality was introduced with release 9, even on FabricEngine 5420...

The answer is in your question. You need to upgrade the switch to 9.0.
