It`s really helpful, I have one more question: how can I ask directly the PLM guys in such kind of cases?

Thank you, Paul!

Original ears were lost, so I need to buy new ones.

PLM - what is it? Maybe it`s something like Pre-sale Portal for Extreme products?

PLM stands for Product Line Manager. This would be the individual or team that oversees the design, engineering, production and marketing of a product line.

In this case the ERS3000 series is managed by specific people who can answer questions like this. And we have your answer. The ERS4900/5900 mounting ears will work, we are about to update our catalog.
Questions like this should be asked here on the HUB or to your local extreme sales team. If you send me a DM I can direct your sales team.

All my customers come directly to me, and only if I don't have the answer will I go inside the company to find the answer as I did for you.

However, If you would like to meet the PLMs they will be at Extreme Connect. That is the event where customers can meet the product teams.
