Can I use this Rack Mount Kit with my ERS 3600 switch?

3600 ships with mounting ears, there is no "rail kit"

PLM - what is it? Maybe it`s something like Pre-sale Portal for Extreme products?

PLM stands for Product Line Manager. This would be the individual or team that oversees the design, engineering, production and marketing of a product line.

In this case the ERS3000 series is managed by specific people who can answer questions like this. And we have your answer. The ERS4900/5900 mounting ears will work, we are about to update our catalog.

All my customers come directly to me, and only if I don't have the answer will I go inside the company to find the answer as I did for you.
