13:45:11.96 Our own packet received. Mac address of the received packet is [0:4:96:35:75:d4],there could be physical loop in the network

This error came on my switch what this statement indicates?
As we had checked on that switch there is normal utilization rate.

My switch is X440.

Be sure that noone uses a patchcord to connect two ports of one switch

Hi, you could use ELRP or STP for loop protection in EXOS.
