C-VLAN i-sid switch Management IP Address Not Pingable

I have just added 2 x VSP 7024's in SPB mode and as an IST clustered pair into my exlsting L2 ToR configuration and the vlan, which has an i-sid assigned is unable to ping outside others within the same C-VLAN and also cannot ping the management IP of its partner.

VLAN mgmt has been set to the VID of 15 with an i-sid of 1000015.

I can ping between the 2 over the IPs assigned to the IST.

ISIS adjanencies are up and I can L2Traceroute to all others withing ToR L2 ring. I can see all other IST clustered switches in the ISIS LSDB.

Just an odd issue that I would like to get resolved. Any ideas?

IST clusters are 7001 attached to 7002. 7003 attached to 7004. 7005 attached to 7006. 7007 attached to 7008

Physically - 7001 attaches to 7008. 7002 attaches to 7003. 7004 attaches to 7005. 7006 attaches to 7007. 7008 attaches to 7001.

The only oddnesss I have seen is the following:
