    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Kilimister,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's still unclear from above info exactly what is happening when you attempt to upgrade. Does it error out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can you share screenshot of error from both XIQ and manual upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you upgrade via XIQ, please make sure that you uncheck the Configuration update box first and only try upgrading the firmware. Does this help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide upgrade steps so that we may try reproducing issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the AP audit logs to see if any useful info is provided on cause of update failure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BR,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Christoph,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for this long silence, i was on vacation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, i can log on the AP but when i'm on the AP interface i can't do anything. I share you a new screenshot.&lt;BR /&gt;I tryed install firmware on the Extreme Cloud iq interface and manually. The problem still the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i used the 10.5.3 it's ok but with 10.5.4 to 10.6.2 i've got the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope my explains are clearly for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
