ExtremeCloud IQ and setting up portal via Guest essentials. Purpose is to also collect marketing information hence require some custom fields.

Yes you can customize splash screens and create custom registration templates, but you cannot manipulate the code if this is what you are asking. You can also create your own templates and import them if you so wish.
