Extreme IQ Connect SSID Issue

Hi,

I have a client who is using Extreme Cloud IQ COnnect. They have 3x AP245x. There is 1 SSID configured with all default settings. I have tried creating another SSID with a PSK for CCTV cameras only using 2.4GHz to connect but I get the following error. "The user group must not be empty." Any suggestions?

Hello @waynewi77,

You must have selected the PPSK option versus Personal for PSK.

Thanks @Christoph_S . Once I added it as open. Save id then changed it to PSK it worked.
