      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello team,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are in a trouble only in one SSID that uses 802.1x and authentication logs shows: incorrect password, and the users cant connect wifi(but they are using correct pass). I already clean cache capwap, upgrade firmware, reboot, back WPA3 to WPA2 with 802.1x but no success. Capwap is ok.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Errors:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tx assoc resp &amp;lt;accept&amp;gt; (status 0, pwr 18dBm) Rx assoc req (rssi -35dB) Tx auth &amp;lt;open&amp;gt; (frame 2, status 0, pwr 18dBm) Rx auth &amp;lt;open&amp;gt; (frame 1, rssi -36dB) Sta(at if=wifi1.2) is de-authenticated because of notification of driver Sta(at if=wifi1.2) is de-authenticated because of notification of driver Tx disassoc (reason 9 &amp;lt;assoc-not-authed&amp;gt;, pwr 18dBm) Rx disassoc (reason 8 &amp;lt;assoc-leave&amp;gt;, rssi -36dB)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;AP&amp;nbsp;couldn't reach ia-gcp-idm.extremecloud iq - Already check on firewall TCP port 2083 and its open, no block.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Anyone already have a case similar or have a tip? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I am understanding you correct you are utilizing 802.11x with the XIQ Cloud Auth service correct?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right now there are intermitted issues with the PPSK Cloud Auth service for more than a week now. See&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://cloud-status.extremecloudiq.com/status/index.html" target="_blank"&gt;Cloud Status&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and check the row IA-GCP. Yesterday there was a specific issue on the IA-GCP GDC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently occurring intermitted issues with the GDCs of NL-GCP, IE and ES within Europe and PPSK. Support is still looking into it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hopefully this helps,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sjoerd&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Description&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;ID Manager did not accept the 802.1X authentication request for the user "etc,etc" on the "etc,etc" SSID.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Last Successful Connection&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;2025-08-25 15:53:15&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Suggested Remedy&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Ensure that the user name and password configured for the client matches what is stored in ID Manager.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PAssword&amp;nbsp; and user is correct. Firewall no blocking ports and trafic in/out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;We've already created another network policy, new user, but not in all devices, but sometimes, this issues happen. Apple, Windows, Samsung devices whatever ones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
