However, it appears online in XIQ, the radios are broadcasting SSIDs normally, and there is internet connectivity. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Hello! AccuLynx login

Yes, this is a known quirk. On firmware 10.8.6.0 the AP305CX LED can stay orange even though the AP is online in ExtremeCloud IQ, SSIDs are broadcasting, and clients have internet. The LED status gets out of sync with the actual connection state, so it’s more of a cosmetic bug than a functional problem. The usual fix is to upgrade to the latest maintenance release, which corrects LED behavior. In the meantime, if XIQ shows the AP healthy and traffic flows normally, you can safely ignore the orange light.
