Trouble upgrading firmware

I am trying to upgrade the firmware on my AP and I am getting this error:

“A configuration related action is currently in progress for device: [AP250-Hall]. To avoid conflict, please try your operation after some time.”

Thanks. I tried again in the morning, and it worked. It seems that it takes a much longer time to provision AP’s than it used to.
