      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Nicolas,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are the 3 methods for resetting the AP:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000080432" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"&gt;https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000080432&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you press the reset button, do&amp;nbsp;you see LED light turn off at around the 7-10 second mark?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please SSH or console into the AP and try doing it via CLI&amp;nbsp;per instructions and if this does not work then the AP may need to be RMA’d.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;</description>
