Hi Saravana,

If I’m not wrong, for 11ac TxBF should be treated as a synonym for MU-MIMO.

Hope that helps,

Tomasz

Hello Tomasz,

If I’m not wrong, for 11ac TxBF should be treated as a synonym for MU-MIMO.

You are right TxBF (= Transmit Beamforming) is often mentioned in togehter with MU-MIMO. In fact, TxBF is the prerequisite for MU-MIMO. However, it is also possible to use TxBF with SU-MIMO.
Thus, you cannot rely 100% on the fact that a device that supports TxBF also supports MU-MIMO.
