I have a number of Ap250s. I am using a program called Inssider which shows the channels being broadcast both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. I am noticing one particular ap is not showing a radio broadcasting on 5Ghz only 2.4Ghz. All of the others show both radios. Is this an indication of a faulty Ap ? If so how to fix ? Hivemanager is set so both should work. <CARET></CARET>

Sent from ProtonMail for iOS

Hello Randy,

Suggestions:
1 - Follow this article and check PoE power status: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000103262
Make sure that the AP is getting 802.3at power
2 - Run the following CLI command:
#show acsp
Does wifi1 appear down?
3 - Run the following command:
#show lldp
Is it enabled or disabled? (must be enabled)

If any of the above is cause of issue, then it's power related. Start by pushing a Complete update to AP. If this fails to resolve issue, reset the AP and have it come back up and pull the config.

The above article has many other links to related articles which I hope will help.

Thank you,

Chris

------------------------------
Christoph S.
------------------------------
