AH AP250 on orange light unable to connect to hive manager

I have no idea what the firmware is. I have held the reset button for 30 seconds hoping its a misconfiguration and ive reset my poe switch as well yet it still does not come up.

I can console in but i dont know the default log in ive tried admin and areohive/areohive1

Any help would be amazing.

The username for HiveOS devices is always “admin” without the quotations, and the default password will be either “aerohive” or “Aerohive1”.

You can also run the command “show version” to see what firmware version is running currently on the AP.
