there so many iq engine version out there, 10.0, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 6.5 and so on.
what are they different from each other.
which version is suggest for ap245x/ap250 and ap230?

You can see the differences between versions in the release notes for each version. The release notes can be found here: https://docs.aerohive.com/330000/docs/help/english/ng/Content/reference/docs/release-notes.htm

On that same page, in the table where you can find the release notes you’ll see a column for supported devices. It looks like the latest version for the AP 245x/250 and AP230 is 10.0r10b. We typically recommend using the latest available version for your AP model so you have all the latest bug fixes and features available.
