Air Ranger will not launch

Downloaded Air Ranger, installed, right click>Run as Administrator. Nothing. Why does Air Ranger not open? Java is installed and updated. Windows 10 OS. Tried it on two different laptops. Also does not work on MS Surface.

Update: Called Extreme. It is not supported on windows 10, and was told there will be no update to make it supported. There is one work around I found. It can be installed and running on a machine with a previous windows OS, and then the machine can be upgraded to windows 10 with Air Ranger still working. However, only for that user, other users cannot download air ranger afterwards and get it running.
