Client Balancing should only be used in a certain area were the APs have line of sight i.e. a dense deployment in a large conference room were you expect a lot of client so one AP wouldn't be enough to provide service for all the devices.
So you put all the APs in this one are in a client balancing load group.

Radio Preference could be enabled on the whole network but you should have a good WLAN coverage.

Hi folks,

How are you setting the balancing users? Are you working Balancing Clients or Radio Preference? Or depends on how many devices or types (laptops/tablets/smartphones) with a/b/g/n that I have?

Thanks,

Edson Moura
