How to restore factory default AP 4620-ROW?

I have an AP 4620-ROW but I can't loggin because I don't have user and password. How can I make a password recovery or reset to factory default this AP?

If there is a controller Do l2 adoption with controller Once the ap is adopted you can connect to the ap and reset the password Connect (ap name)

If there possibility to reset 4620?

I have situation that AP's not adopted to controller.
Trying Motorola_AP_Discover_Tool, send RESET command to AP, but AP don't resetting.
Like here is - http://www.smartpctricks.com/2014/11/reset-motorola-access-point-ap6532.html

I see the 4 contacts on this AP. Which pinouts have this contacts (like GND, Tx and other). To reset through Console.

Because the 4620 is a "thin" AP, it requires a controller for configuration. You can usually connect it directly to the controller to get it adopted, unless it is damaged in some way. If that's the case, you'll probably want to contact GTAC to initiate an RMA.
