Normaly such information is included in the tech reference guide for the function/feature.
As such document is most of the time confidential I'm not sure whether someone will share that here.
So your best chance is to request the tech reference guide for ACS/ATPC from the GTAC.

When I have wi-fi issues and it seems coverage is low, I turn ATPC on for low-powered radios nearby and then turn it back off eventually. I'd like to turn it off sooner than later to minimize disruption and things I have to keep track of. We've 3610s mostly and some 3825s. Thanks!
